He was predeceased by: his mother Frances (DePaolo); and his uncle Bobby DeSantis. He is survived by: his father Joseph DeSantis; his daughter Rachael DeSantis; the mother of his child Valerie DiSalvo Green; his siblings, Joseph DeSantis Sr. of Revere and Janice DeSantis (Rob McPherson) of Chelsea; his nieces and nephews, Joseph DeSantis Jr. (Erin), John DeSantis and Jenae DeSantis; his great-niece Lola Bartlett; and also Richie DeSantis. He is also survived by cousins and countless friends.
