He was predeceased by: his spouse Miriam Port; his parent Morris Cook; his child Howard Cook; and his siblings, Sylvia Shaponick and Evelyn Feldman.
He is survived by: his parent Fanny Cook; his child Sheryl Moscaritolo of Swampscott; his daughter-in-law Francine Cook of Swampscott; his grandchildren, Tammy Phillips, Jodi Gateman (William), Remi Aucone (Jeff), Justin Cook (Molly), Lindsay Weiss (Michael), Victoria Johnson and Douglas Clark (Theresa); his great grandchildren, Matthew, Nicolette, Taylor, Tyler Gateman, Jordan, Jason Aucone, Wyatt Phillips, Jael, Meyer Cook, Avery, Brooklyn Weiss, Caroline, Nicholas Johnson and Penelope Clark; his siblings-in-law, Rita Weiner and Charlotte Kaufman; and also Barry Cook (Valerie) of Middleton.
