He was predeceased by: his son Steven Greenberg; his parents, Samuel Greenberg and Anna Greenberg (Gates); and his sister Eva Richmond. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Greenberg (Trager); his daughter Shirlee McDaniel; and his grandson Eric Greenberg.

Private graveside services will be held due to the Covid-19 Crisis.

Contributions in Hank's memory may be made to the charity of one's choice.
