She was predeceased by: her parents, Gaetano Cafarella and Catherine Cafarella (Downie); and her brother Vincent Cafarella. She is survived by: her husband Ernest J. Barbati; her children, Alessandro Barbati (Jennifer) of Tewksbury and Deborah Morrison (Paul) of Bolton; and her siblings, Joseph Cafarella, Thomas Cafarella, Catherine Ingalls, Mary Perrella, Rose Muollo and Evelyn Giannino. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Helen's memory to the charity of one's choice would be sincerely appreciated.
