It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gertrude Slater (Revere, Massachusetts), born in Lake Worth, Florida, who passed away on July 21, 2018, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her spouse Burton Slater; and her parent Harry Bronstein. She is survived by: her parent Bessie Bronstein (Garde); her children, Larry Slater, Elaine Slater of Salem, MA, Steven Slater and Jeri Slater of Salem, MA; her grandchildren, Allison Halpern, Zach Halpern of Marblehead, MA, Adam Slater of Salem, MA, Andrew Slater, Susan Slater and Joshua Slater; her great grandchildren, Jared Halpern, Sadie Halpern, Liza Larson, Adalynn, Isla and Margaux Slater; and also, Ellen Goldie and Jimmy Goldie.
