He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth E. Horrocks (Chiary); his son Kenneth F. Horracks (Brenda Horracks) of Worton; and his brother Joseph Horrocks. He is survived by: his children, Edward W. "Buddy" Horracks, Jr. (Nancy) of Palm Harbor, FL., Kathleen G. Horracks (Robert Boudreau) of Waltham and William E. Horracks (Deborah) of York, ME; his grandchildren, Cindy Horrocks (Christopher Harrington) of Clearwater, FL, Jill Horrocks of Largo, FL, Kristi Horrocks of Safety Harbor, FL, William Horrocks (Samantha) of Salisbury, Chelsea Jennings (Roland) of Chestertown, MD and Stacy Heredia of York, ME.; his great grandchildren, Ryan, Ben, Luke, Grey and Samuel; and his children, Robin Upton of Idaho, Nancy and Roy Upton. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, grandnieces & grandnephews.
