He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward T. O'Hara and Mary V. O'Hara (Calo); and his brother Brian O'Hara. He is survived by: his daughter Lynne A. Caramello (Ret); his grandchildren, Alexandra, Casey, Mia, Caitlyn, Adam, Frankie, Maggie Jo, Mille Jane, Marty and Kalista Louise; his siblings, Mark O'Hara (Marcelle) of Peabody, Maureen Butler, Kevin O'Hara and Marcella Dion; and his close friend Annette Bornstein of Revere. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, all mandates, guidelines & regulations from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, CDC, Archdiocese of Boston & the City of Revere will be in full effect. Face masks must be worn at all times & social distancing must be maintained at the church & cemetery.
