He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Martin B. Russell and Mary Russell (Maxwell); and his siblings, Mary Girard (Jerry) of Wyoming and James Russell (Susan) of Wyoming.

Due to the current spike in COVID-19, the guidelines issued by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and local officials, funeral services will be privately held and are under the direction of the Paul Buonfiglio & Sons - Bruno Funeral Home, 128 Revere Street, Revere, MA 02151.
