With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Charles E. Kelley (Revere, Massachusetts), born in Chelsea, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 3, 2025 at the age of 82. He was predeceased by: his mother Rose; his granddaughter Margaret Anne Kelley; and his brothers, Robert and Henry Kelley. He is survived by: his aunt Sue; his wife Elinor L. McCarthy (McCarthy) of Point; his children, Susan Murray (Terry) of Holbrook, Matthew Kelley (Harumi) of Osaka and Mary Kelley (Brian Donnelly) of Salem, MA.; his grandchildren, Kayleigh Knowles (Bryan) of Wichita, Liam Kelley of Okinawa, Jasmine Kelley and Colin Kelley of Osaka; and his great grandchild Freya Leigh. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
