He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Foshey and Marion Foshey (Rumrill); and his siblings, George, Donald, Fred, Charles, Helen, Marion and Lois.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Angela M. "Dolly" Marino of Revere; his children, Arthur W. Foshey, Jr., Edward Foshey (Stella), Stephen Foshey, Janet Hilgen (Roger), Christine Galindo and Brenda Standerfer; and his siblings, Charolette McLeod, David Foshey and Robert Foshey of Holbrook, MA.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, & grandnephews.
