He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Arthur Richards and Mary Richards (Malinowski); his wife Virginia A. Richards (McHugh) of Revere; his children, Scott J. Richards of Chelsea, Debbie A. Richards of Boston and Kerri Frost (Keith) of Hampstead; his grandchildren, Hope Frost, Hannah Frost and Luke Frost; and his siblings, Robert Richards, Kathy Richards and Paul Richards. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
