He was predeceased by: his mother Theresa Vozella (Coviello); his wife Ann Vozella (Gymziak); his daughter Linda Greene (Paul); and his granddaughter Angelina Goss. He is survived by: his children, Anthony F. Vozella (Nancy) of Saugus and Susan M. Goss (Robert "Bobby") of Salem, NH; and his grandchildren, Jaime B. Vozella, Anthony Vozella IV, Stephanie Vozella, Paul Greene, Robert "Bobby" Goss, Lance Goss, Katie Vozella and Nicholas "Nick" Greene.

In lieu of flowers remembrances may be made to St Jude Children's research hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl., Memphis, TN 38105.
