It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anthony James Diaz of Revere, Massachusetts, who passed away on January 1, 2021, at the age of 29, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gail Scimone and Jimmy Diaz Sr. of Revere, MA.; his siblings, Jimmy Diaz Jr., Christina "Bags" Bagnera and Tanya Bagnera; his grandparents, Gloria Zagarella, Richard, Angela Diaz, Karen Scimone, Elaine Riley and Joe "Red" Scimone; his aunts and uncles, Joni Scimone (Lee Scimone), Lisa Diaz Edwards (Chris Cavanaugh), Phillip Douglas (Shirley Duddy), Richie Diaz, Jodi Scimone and Patty Lewis Pepi; and his cousins, Ronnie Particelli, Stephanie Particelli, Davey Goodrich, Nicole, William Dunn, Lauren Diaz, Kristina Diaz, Bobby Pelosi, Tori Pepi and Richie Diaz Jr. Anthony. He was also cherished by his brother, sister and his cousins were all best friends.

Masks and social distancing are required, and names and temperatures will be taken upon entrance to church.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research hospital, 501 St. Jude PL, Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
