He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Barletta Sr. and Lena (Belmonte); and his brothers, Carmine Barletta (Evelyn) and Phillip Barletta (Frances). He is survived by: his close friend Barbara Angelo of Saugus; his nieces, Sandra Lee Newman (late Jack) of Revere and Trisha Romano (Robert) of Revere; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jacqueline, Danielle Newman, Gennara and Nicholas Romano.
