She is survived by: her son John A. Spada (Nancy M.) of Peabody; her grandsons, Stephen Spada and David Moore (Miranda); her great grandchild Joshua; and her sibling Carmen DePaula. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
