Casino (Cody); his parents, John and Rose Casino (Martocchio); his children, Jennifer Kirchner (Robert) of Billerica, Frank Casino of Boston, Keith Casino of Lowell and Jody Casino of Billerica; his sister Nancy Roselli (Edward) of Plymouth; his grandchildren, Stephanie, Ryan, Corey and Cooper; and his brother John Casino of Chelsea.
