He is survived by: his wife Susan Penney; his sister Jeanette O'Donnell (James); and his nieces and nephews, Ginine Penney, Robert Penney Jr., Brian O'Donnell, Julie Genovese, Tina Daigle, Suzanne Harde, Matthew Critch and Jennifer Critch.
