He was predeceased by: his parents, John Pacheco and Mary Pacheco (Aguiar); and his brother-in-law Jose Alves. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary L. Campos-Pacheco (Donofrio); his son Jonathan (Lisa); his stepson William Campos, III; his sister Patricia Alves (Pacheco); and his sisters-in-law, Linda Maaia (William) and Valerie Daniels. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
