It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lynda D. Plante of Rehoboth, Massachusetts, who passed away on May 8, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Lynda leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Maurice J. McCabe and Evelyn McCabe (Milley); and her siblings, Carol Woods and Bob McCabe. She is survived by: her husband James E. Plante; her sons, Michael Rice and Peter Rice (Nicole) of North Attleboro; and her stepchildren, Jason Plante and Lori Welsh (Howard) of Warwick. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
