He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara A. Parent (Gadouas); his parents, Alfred Parent and Angelina Parent (Houle); and his brother Alfred. He is survived by: his children, George D. Parent, Jr. of Attleboro, Mel Parent of Southport, NC, Kenneth Parent of Jupiter, Susan O'Brien of Rehoboth, Joanne Richmond of Clovis, NM and Melissa Burghardt (Ed) of Southport; and his brothers, Raymond Parent of Cumberland, RI and Armand Parent. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
