It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ernest C. Boren of Rehoboth, Massachusetts, born in East Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on April 18, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley A. Boren and Ruth Boren (Pease); and his siblings, Stanley Boren and Sandra Poland. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Boren (Rourke); his sons, Edward Lee Boren of Freetown, MA and Carl Raymond Boren of Bellingham, MA; his daughter-in-law Kathleen Boren (Debbie Boren); and his grandchildren, Jared Boren, Gwyneth Boren, Fiona Boren, Jonathan Beal and Joseph Beal.

Donations in his memory may be made to Tunnels to Towers Foundation, 2361 Hylan Boulevard, Staten Island, New York.
