He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald L. Welshman and Lillian R. Welshman (Scott); and his siblings, Donna Jeanne Bass and David J. Welshman. He is survived by: his wife Donna M. Welshman (Andrade); his children, Donald E. Welshman (Donna L.) of Rehoboth and Dawn Welshman (Paulo Braga) of Rehoboth; his grandchildren, Amanda Desrosiers (Matt) and Donald F. Welshman; and his great grandchild Leah Desrosiers.
