He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard F. Weeks (Holy Spirit) and Phyllis E. Weeks (Horrocks); and his siblings, Pamela Linderman, Craig Weeks and Cheryl Kenniston.
He is survived by: his wife Donna L. Weeks (Fitton); his children, Joshua B. Weeks of Rehoboth and Crystal L. Weeks (Adam R. Lass) of Bristol, RI; his siblings, Leonard S. Weeks (Karen) of Norton and Cherie A. Freedman of Taunton; and his grandson Boman W. Lass. He is also survived by his family, friends.
