She was predeceased by: her husband Irving Levine; her parents, Ruth Harris and William Harris; and her siblings, Harold Harris and Muriel Bregstein.

She is survived by: her siblings-in-law, Nancy Harris of Providence, RI and Arthur Levine of West Orange, NJ. She is also survived by six nieces; and one nephew.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Heart and Vascular Center or the Ann Romney Center for Neurologic Diseases, both at Brigham and Women's Hospital, Boston.
