He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Ann M. Finnerty (Kennedy); his child Joseph T. Finnerty (Andrea) of Dedham; his parents, Thomas Finnerty and Nora Finnerty (Connolly); and his siblings, Anthony Finnerty, Mary Finnerty, Stephen Finnerty, Anna "Josephine" Foley, Thomas Finnerty and Theresa Webber. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
