She was predeceased by: her husband Edward A. Merullo; her parents, Joseph Scarpato and Rose Scarpato (Silvestro); her grandson James Lombardozzi; and her brothers, Roy Scarpato (Anne Scarpato) of Topsfield and Dr. Robert Scarpato (Janet Scarpato) of Osterville.
She is survived by: her children, Edward J. Merullo (Lynda) of Marblehead, Karen Shiebler (Paul) of Winchendon, Elizabeth Lombardozzi (late Edward) of Malden, Mark Merullo (Susan) of Franklin, Mary (Randy) and David Merullo (Patience) of Chelmsford; her grandchildren, Aaron, Natalie Merullo, Jenny Merullo, James Woodard, Tyler Merullo, Kate Shiebler, Sam Roberts, Matt Shiebler, Tim Shiebler, Jessica Sweeney, Lisa, Michael Henry, Russ Merullo, Emily Hilly, Angela, Peter Lawrence, Erin, Jonathan Eberle, James Singleton, Atticus Adams, Cameron Merullo and Zena Leah Merullo; her brother Joseph Scarpato (Teresa) of Marlboro; her pet Tessa; and also Lynn Nsimiire.
The Merullo family respectfully requests that visitors wear masks at all times, and are fully vaccinated to protect the health and safety of vulnerable family and friends.
