He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank P. Acquaviva and Mary Acquaviva (DesLoges); his wife Judy; his siblings, Joseph Acquaviva (late Marilyn) and Julia Acquaviva; and his uncle Roland DiFillipo (Vera).
He is survived by: his children, Jami Zarella (Danielle DeBlois) and John Zarella; and his cousin Roland DiFillipo (Jeffery Siegel). He is also survived by his family and friends.
