She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph Lewis; her son Glen Lewis; her parents, Warren Jepson and Louise Jepson (Elderidge); and her siblings, Kenneth Jepson, Robert Jepson and Shirley Bonnell.
She is survived by: her sister Elinor Leffingwell; and her children, Karen Burinskas (Bill) of Coventry, CT, Sherry Carpenella (Michael) of Reading, MA and Guy Lewis (Mechelle) of Hershey, PA. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
