She was predeceased by: her parent Frank Lempka; her husband Garrett Schanck; and her siblings, Conrad, Leonard, Joseph Clarence, Frank, Stanley, Richard Lempka, Martha Bigert and Janet Slesinski.
She is survived by: her parent Catherine Heter Lempka; her sons, Garrett Schanck (Yvonne) of Endwell, NY, Ronald Schanck (Debra) of Milford, PA and Wayne Schanck (Erin Code) of Reading, MA; her grandchildren, Amanda Boyuka (Trent Moraitis) of Binghamton, NY, Gregory Schanck (Rachel) of Norwood, NJ, Kaeli Van Eeuwen (Adam) of Wurtsboro and Carl Schanck of Reading, MA; her great grandchildren, Bennett, Keaton Boyuka, Lillian, Garrett Schanck, Scarlett and Elizabeth Van Eeuwen; and her siblings, Daniel Lempka (Sabina), Katherine Slesinski, Eileen Ohap, Barbara Marie Bleser (Ross) and Carole Slover (George). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews & cousins.
