He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward W. Palmer and Grace E. Palmer (Storti); and his sister Joanne Palmer. He is survived by: his siblings, Rosemary Palmer (Louis Doto) of Reading, John H. Palmer (Dale Samson) of Florida and Betsy Coldewey (Bill) of Laconia, NH; and his nieces and nephews, John, Jeff Palmer, Daniel Coldewey and Andrea Barone. He is also survived by grandniece and grandnephews, several loving cousins and many special friends.
