She was predeceased by: her husband David Malcolm of Reading. She is survived by: her father Ansel; her stepfather Harvey B.; her siblings, Charlie Bragg, Lillian Bragg Houston and Raymond Gray; her former husband Arthur Levi Collins; her son Charles W. Collins, II; her stepgrandchildren, Eric Prosser (Cynthia) of Freedom, ME and Ellen Prosser Trudel (Brian) of Wyndham, NH; and her friends, Gloria Young, Julie Kinney of Rockland, Lori Cousens of South Thomaston, Rita Webster, Ron Webster of Tarpon Spring, FL and Mona Plourde of Louden, NH.. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
