He was predeceased by: his wife Miriam Goodwin (Barsamian); and his son Fred C. Goodwin Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Steven, Bill (Maura), Linda (Mike Gillen) and Jean (Carol Weston); his grandchildren, Rachel (Shane Vergari), Clark (Carlos), Kathleen, Lauren and Stephen Goodwin; his great grandchildren, Sophia, Grace and Charlie Vergari; and his friend Judy Donnelly.
