Francis E. Belcher Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Francis E. Belcher (Reading, Massachusetts), born in Stoneham, Massachusetts, who passed away on February 20, 2019, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Walter T. Belcher and Mary A. Belcher (Dolan); his spouse Charlene M. Belcher (Vento); his children, Ryan F. Belcher, Erica L. Belcher, Reading Belcher and Drew J. Belcher of Reading; and his siblings, Barbara Lentine (Mario, Jack Belcher) and Dorothy Todisco.
