She was predeceased by: her parent Michael Ciaccio. She is survived by: her parent Mary Ciaccio (Giaimo); her spouse Larry Salvatore; her children, Joseph Salvatore (Donna) of Winchester, Gina DeFilippo (David) of Reading and Leanne Rich (John Fusco) of Medford; her grandchildren, Lauren Salvatore, Michael Salvatore, David Jr., Gianna DeFilippo, Joseph DeFilippo, Isabella Rich and Michael Rich; and her siblings, Leonard Ciaccio, Anthony Ciaccio, Vincent Ciaccio and John Ciaccio. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be sent in Agnes' name to St. Jude Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1942.
