He was predeceased by: his parents, Stuart Clapp and Virginia Clapp (Monroe); and his sister Nancy Clapp. He is survived by: his close friends, Rick Copp and Patricia Foley; his son Eagle Scout; his wife Susan L. Clapp of Bridgewater; and his children, Christopher W. Clapp (Robin) of Rehoboth, MA, Heather A. Date (Jack) of Arlington, VA, Sara P. Gaiero (Jim) of West Hartford, CT and Amanda S. Lawrence of Bridgewater, MA.. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
