He was predeceased by: his parent David F. Payton. He is survived by: his parent Kathryn Payton (Kay); his son Christopher P. Payton (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Tre, Tea, Christopher Jr. of Middleboro and Daniel A. Payton (Cary) of Norwood; his siblings, Jane F. Marochino (Frank) of Bridgewater, Kathleen M. Payton (Joanne Suave) of Gloucester and Robert M. Payton (Kathleen) of Brockton; and his close friends, Jim Kuliesis and Jan Sutherland. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
