He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Gilmore (Brill) of Raynham, MA; his parents, Albert Gilmore and Helen Gilmore (Morello); his son Michael Gilmore; and his siblings, Edward Gilmore and Dorothy Eosco.
He is survived by: his children, Robert Gilmore, Sr., April O'Reilly (Stephen) of East Taunton, MA, Steven Gilmore (Kathy) of Franklin, MA, Carol Dalia (James) of Estero, FL, Mary Breen (Michael) of East Taunton, MA and Laura Hurd (Ronald); his daughters-in-law, Patricia Gilmore of Plainville, MA and Cathy Gilmore; and his siblings, Ronald Gilmore of Franklin, MA and Marcia Gonsalves (Gilbert) of Upland, CA.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Roberts name may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
