It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard Glidden of Raynham, Massachusetts, born in Middleboro, Massachusetts, who passed away on May 5, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his significant other Nancy Elizabeth Glidden (Tripp); his parents, Benjamin Kennison and Dorothy Glidden (Harris); his daughter Shelby Glidden; and his brother Roger Glidden.
He is survived by: his sons, Ken Glidden (Donna) of Lakeville and Doug Glidden (Jodie) of West Wareham; his sister Mary Lou Desmond (Harry) of Middleboro; his grandchildren, Ben Glidden, Jessica Dahlstedt (Glidden), Abigail Glidden and Emily Glidden; and his great grandchildren, Jacob Dahlstedt, Edward Dahlstedt, Kaylee Glidden and Sabrina Dahlstedt. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
