He was predeceased by: his spouse Gertrude M. "Trudy" Cooke; and his sibling Evelyn A. Cooke. He is survived by: his children, Denise M. Cooke of Quincy, Karen A. Sullivan (Paul), Plainville Phieffer and Mary S. Phieffer (Gregory); his siblings, William R. Cooke and Dorothy R. Clark (Doris); and his grandchildren, Meagan Sullivan, Kelsey Sullivan, Katherine Phieffer, Christopher Phieffer and Caroline Phieffer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
