He is survived by: his wife Gloria Silva (Reis); his daughters, Gloria O'Brien of Middleboro and Christina Silva of New Bedford; his siblings, Maria Oliviera of Canada, Carlos Silva of Sao Miguel, Maria Lopes of Canada, Rosa Fernandes of Sao Miguel, Fernando Silva of Sao Miguel and Ricardo Silva of Sao Miguel; and his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Emerson, Nicole O'Brien and Paul Medina III.
