He was predeceased by: his parents, Fernando Botelho and Irene Botelho (Fialho). He is survived by: his wife Laura M. Botelho (Rodrigues); his sons, Keith A. Botelho, Eric A. Botelho (Melissa Rosenthal) and Nathan A. Botelho (Heather); his sisters, Sylvia Ventura and Norma Botelho; and his granddaughters, Kirstie and Wendy Botelho.
Facial coverings and social distancing will be required during all services.
