She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Gay and Katherine Gay (Kmiec); and her spouse Francis Paul Costa. She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Cloutier of Bradenton, FL., Michelle Cohen (Stephen) of Loudon, TN and Michael Cloutier (Ronda) of Taunton, MA.; her grandsons, Joseph Cloutier (Danielle), Austin Ryan and Cody Michael Cloutier of Taunton; and her great grandchild Aveline Cloutier of Raynham.
