He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Swimm and Betty Swimm (Chandler). He is survived by: his sibling Jerry; his wife Patricia J. Swimm (Haskins); his brother Frank Swimm (Nellie); his children, Gerald Swimm Jr. (Nancy), Stephanie Danielson (Arnie), Lindy Swimm (Lee), Christopher Swimm (Alison Anselmo) and Andrea Anderson (Tim); his grandchildren, Derrick Swimm, Shane Caledonia, Damien Caledonia, Erica Swimm, Kelson Danielson, Matthew Swimm, Ashalee Sadeck and Tessa Swimm; and his sister-in-law Gail Lee (Michael Lee). He is also survived by twelve great grandchildren.
