He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Costa and Mary Costa (Sardina); his son Kenneth Costa; and his siblings, Manny Costa and Alice Costa.
He is survived by: his wife Elsie E. Costa (Joubert); his daughters, Dawn David (Douglas) of Assonet and Kim Costa of Fall River; his grandchildren, Tammy David of New Bedford and Timothy David (Brittany) of Assonet; his great grandchildren, Nathan David of Taunton, Noah and Ezra David of Assonet; and his siblings, Jesse Costa, Joseph Costa, Tony Costa, Arthur Costa, James Costa, William Costa, Mary D'Agostino, Evelyn Withrell and Hilda Costa.
