She was predeceased by: her husband Gilbert R. Charles, Sr.; her parents, Amos Vasseur and Irene Vasseur (Duprey); her sons, Robert P. and John Charles; and her siblings, Edmund Vasseur (Genevieve) and Janice Kezal.
She is survived by: her children, Gilbert R. Charles, Jr. of Dorchester, Alan J. Charles (Lois) of Weymouth and Susan E.; and her nephew Michael (Dorothy E. Dormady) of Raynham. She is also survived by her eighteen grandchildren, many great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
