He was predeceased by: his parents, Dallas Tebeau and Evalynn Tebeau (Burt); and his brother Bruce Tebeau. He is survived by: his wife Teresa "Terri" Tebeau (Hembrough); his children, Frederick Tebeau (Elizabeth) of Pawtucket, RI, Stephen Tebeau of Foxboro, Derek Tebeau of Uxbridge, Jane Arquitt (Jay), Claire Ciavattone of Mansfield and Elizabeth Pavao (Roy) of Plainville; his grandchildren, Veda, Orion, Lucas, Catherine, Ben of Cami, RJ and Cecilia; and his siblings, Sherril Tebeau, Patricia DeMars, Roger, Robert, Gary, Dennis and Thomas Tebeau.
