He is survived by: his wife Judith Cummings (Lane); and his children, Eleanor Mitchell (Cummings) of Raynham, Doug (Judith Cummings) of New Hampshire, Catherine Kleindl (Cummings) of Wyoming, Kimberly Pena (Jeffrey Gonsalves) of Taunton, David (Stacy LaPlante) of Raynham, Sherri (David Scroggins) of New Hampshire and Susan (Shawn Smith) of Raynham. He is also survived by Ten great-grandchildren.
