She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford "Kip" Butterworth and Mildred Butterworth (Fantom); and her stepgrandson Anthony Lamore. She is survived by: her husband Michael Keith Sr. of Harwich Port; her sons, Kevin Wade (Linda) of Taunton, Jeffrey Wade (Pamela) of Harwich and Stephen Wade (Elizabeth) of Dighton; her stepchildren, Michael Keith Jr. (Kendra Halifax) and Donna Strobel; her brother Ronald Butterworth; her grandchildren, Jeffrey Wade, Samantha Musallam, Melissa Balboni, Brandon Wade, Gabriella Wade and Harrison Wade; and her stepgrandchildren, Timothy Blake, Casey, Melody Schobel, Matthew, Adam and Megan Keith. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Pleasant St. Cemetery.
