He is survived by: his children, Joao D. Lopes (Rita) of Scituate, Guilhermina Gomes (Milu) of Holland, Maria Gomes (Nhay) of West Bridgewater, Edgar Lopes (Isabel) of Brockton, Emanuel Lopes (Natalia) of Bridgewater, Ramiro Lopes (Sandra) of Florida and Amarildes Fonseca (Terencio) of East Providence, RI.. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, and 5 great-great grandchildren.
