He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Chard and Joyce Chard (Jones); and his brother Bryan Chard. He is survived by: his wife Louise Chard (New); his daughter Michelle Strojny (Aaron); his grandson Jack; his siblings-in-law, Kathy Welch and Rick Welch; and his close friends, Dick, Linda Painten of East Bridgewater and Linda Parker (late Billy) of Carver. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
